隐私协议
一句话总结：Briefing 没有服务器，不收集、不上传、不出售你的任何数据。一切数据只在你的 Mac 本机，以及你的 Mac 与 Apple 之间传输。
1.本协议适用范围
本隐私协议说明 Briefing（下称「本应用」「我们」）这款原生 macOS 应用在你使用过程中如何处理信息。使用本应用即表示你已阅读并理解本协议。
2.我们不收集的信息
本应用不设服务器，也没有账号系统。我们不会收集、接收或存储下列任何信息：
- 你的姓名、邮箱、电话或任何身份信息；
- 你添加追踪的 App 列表；
- 你的 App Store Connect 凭证、销售、下载或收入数据；
- 设备标识、使用分析、崩溃日志或行为追踪数据。
本应用不集成任何第三方分析、广告或追踪 SDK。
3.数据存放在哪里
你在本应用中产生或获取的所有数据，都只保存在你自己的 Mac 上：
- App Store Connect 私钥（.p8）：保存在 macOS 系统钥匙串（Keychain）中，采用「设备解锁后仅本设备可读」的保护级别，永不离开你的设备；
- Issuer ID、Key ID、Vendor Number 等配置：保存在本机的应用配置中；
- 评分、评论、下载与收入等数据：作为缓存保存在本机磁盘，用于让面板快速打开并支持离线查看。
这些数据均不会上传到我们或任何第三方。卸载本应用即可清除其本地缓存配置。
4.网络连接对象
本应用唯一的网络请求，是从你的 Mac 直接发往 Apple 的服务器，用于获取你要查看的数据：
- Apple 公共接口（iTunes/App Store 公开的评分与评论接口）：用于获取公开的评分和评论，无需任何凭证；
- App Store Connect API：仅在你主动配置了 API 密钥后，用于获取你自己的销售、下载与收入报告。用于鉴权的 JWT 由本应用在你本机使用系统的 CryptoKit 即时签名。
这些请求不经过我们的任何中转服务器。你与 Apple 之间的通信，同样适用 Apple 的隐私政策。
5.权限说明
本应用在沙盒（App Sandbox）环境下运行，仅申请为实现功能所必需的权限：
- 对外网络连接：用于向 Apple 请求上述数据；
- 钥匙串访问：用于安全地保存你的 .p8 私钥。
6.儿童隐私
本应用面向开发者，不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的任何信息。

如本协议发生变更，我们会在本页面更新「最近更新」日期。重大变更将在本页或应用内予以提示。

Privacy Policy
In one sentence: Briefing has no servers and does not collect, upload, or sell any of your data. Everything stays on your Mac, and the only network traffic is directly between your Mac and Apple.
1.Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Briefing (the "App," "we," "us"), a native macOS application, handles information when you use it. By using the App, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.
2.What we do not collect
The App has no backend server and no account system. We do not collect, receive, or store any of the following:
- Your name, email, phone number, or any identifying information;
- The list of apps you choose to track;
- Your App Store Connect credentials, sales, download, or revenue data;
- Device identifiers, usage analytics, crash logs, or behavioral tracking.
The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
3.Where your data lives
Everything the App creates or fetches is stored only on your own Mac:
- App Store Connect private key (.p8): stored in the macOS Keychain with "this device only, after first unlock" protection. It never leaves your device;
- Issuer ID, Key ID, Vendor Number and similar settings: stored in the App's local configuration;
- Ratings, reviews, downloads and revenue: cached on local disk so the panel opens quickly and works offline.
None of this is ever uploaded to us or any third party. Uninstalling the App removes its local cache and configuration.
4.Who the App connects to
The App's only network requests go directly from your Mac to Apple to fetch the data you want to see:
- Apple's public endpoints (the public iTunes/App Store ratings and reviews feeds): used to fetch public ratings and reviews, with no credentials required;
- App Store Connect API: used only after you provide an API key, to fetch your own sales, download, and revenue reports. The JWT used to authenticate is signed locally on your Mac with Apple's CryptoKit.
These requests do not pass through any server of ours. Communication between you and Apple is also governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
5.Permissions
The App runs inside the App Sandbox and requests only the permissions required for its features:
- Outgoing network connections: to request the above data from Apple;
- Keychain access: to securely store your .p8 private key.
6.Children's privacy
The App is intended for developers, not for children under 13, and does not knowingly collect any information from children.
7.Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Material changes will be noted here or within the App.
